I'm getting old, and I have a bit of arthritis in my knees, and a slipped disc in my neck. I have one in the freezer, and one I use for heating the microwave. The protective sleeve does a great job of ensuring the hot/cold pack isn't directly against the skin. Seems medical grade to me. Certainly could be used in a hospital, I've seen worse! I told my physio about them, and showed them him. He was impressed. The cold is great for getting rid of inflammation, whilst the hot version is bliss for the tight muscles, and helps them relax. On my bad days, these are my goto. They have helped me out now end, and well worth the money in my humble opinion. I'm thinking of buying another set, so have three in the freezer, and one just spare knocking around for heat. Especially as my kids have found out about them, and how good they are on a hot day. And they are good on a hot day. We don't often get hot days in the UK, but when the thermometer creeps up, this are bliss to help cool you down. They take a while to freeze. But they don't freeze solid, so you can still wrap them around the affected area. In the microwave you will need to squish them around a bit, as it heats up the edges more than the centre I stick them in for a minute. Squish them around, and then another 15 seconds, and squish them some more. You don't have to have arthritis or a slipped disk. I used to do sports (hence the wear and tear), and these would have been amazing for all the pulls and sore muscles after a heavy session. Or just to throw in your bed on a cold winters night, or a hot summers evening. To either cool, or heat up. Very well made. I've had mine for months now, and they are like new.

I purchased a gelpack and sleeve back in 2020 and have been using it in a regular basis for both cold and hot treatments depending on the current status of an injury. What I like about these are the fact that you can leave in the freezer and can take it out and it is flexible to wrap around any part of your body straight away. Now getting older and finding I sometimes have multiple injuries due to pushing myself too hard either running or at the gym, on occasions I need to do both hot and cold treatments on different areas. Hence the reason for purchasing these additional gelpacks so I can keep one permanently in the freezer and another one ready to go straight into the microwave for hot treatment. The original pack is still going strong so certainly durable and great quality. The outer sleeve to wrap around is getting a bit worn now but is still working ok though at some point I will need to replace. Overall I find these products have excellent quality, are durable and value for money.

Used cold from freezer they are very good. I can't believe how long they stay cold. I've not used them as a heat pad yet

These are good quality and a good size too. They also keep their heat very well, as once it cools down you can take it out the protective cover and keep on using it.

These gel packs were bought for my son, who has been experiencing pain in his hands and wrists due to trapped nerves. He has used them to obtain relief from the pain when it gets really bad. Physio exercises are starting to help a lot. These packs are a convenient size to put in the freezer and are not too large for the hands and wrists. Product is recommended.

Feel very well made. You have to be VERY careful when heating, and the line between hot enough to sink in well, and bursting the bag is very fine. (The bag expands.). We burst both in two weeks (of use several times a day). We'll try and repair and keep for cold use. If you're looking for gentle heat, or cold, I suspect you'd be fine. The Therapearls are an excellent replacement.

Ottimo ghiaccio istantaneo x ginocchia spalle...e altro resiste circa una mezz'ora durante l'uso usato solo x il freddo... niente calore...x ora ottimo l'unico dubbio è dopo averlo usato x un certo periodo bisogna o meno lasciarlo nel congelatore oppure no.

Ne prend pas la chaleur, idem au froid..... Passer votre chemin

Son dos bolsas de hielo. Yo elegí el de tamaño grande y la verdad es que son fenomenales, cubren perfectamente cualquier zona afectada y además enfrían bien. Estoy muy contento por la compra realizada y por los resultados que está dando.

No se puede pedir mas por menos, yo recomendaría siempre el tamaño 18x28 para todo porque aunque el de 13x26 se especifico para tobillos muñecas y demás partes mas pequeñas, este sirve para esas partes perfectamente y para otras zonas mas grandes como la lumbar por ejemplo. Y todo por 0,11€ más
