Elevate Your Strength Training Game!
As a fitness enthusiast always on the lookout for new training tools, I recently purchased the Fat Gripz One, and I must say, they have been a game-changer for my strength training routines. The first thing that impressed me about the Fat Gripz One is their quality and durability. They are made from high-quality materials that feel solid and sturdy in my hands. The outer diameter of 1.75 inches is perfect for challenging my grip and forearm strength during various exercises. Using the Fat Gripz One is incredibly easy; they slide onto any standard barbell, dumbbell, or pull-up bar effortlessly. Once attached, they stay securely in place, even during the most intense workouts. The main benefit of the Fat Gripz One is the added challenge they bring to my workouts. By increasing the thickness of the bar, they force my hands and forearms to work harder to maintain a secure grip. This not only helps improve my grip strength but also engages more muscles throughout my upper body, enhancing overall muscle activation. I have noticed significant improvements in my deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups since incorporating Fat Gripz One into my training. Plus, the added forearm engagement has been beneficial for preventing imbalances and reducing the risk of injuries. Another great feature is the portability of Fat Gripz One. They are lightweight and compact, making them easy to carry in my gym bag. Whether I'm training at home or at the gym, I can bring them along and instantly enhance my workouts. While the Fat Gripz One is primarily designed for strength training, I have also found them useful for rehabilitation exercises and grip-focused workouts. The versatility of these grips makes them a valuable addition to any fitness routine. In conclusion, the Fat Gripz One is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to take their strength training to the next level. They are well-made, easy to use, and provide a challenging and effective way to improve grip strength and overall muscle activation. If you're serious about maximizing your gains and elevating your training experience, I highly recommend giving Fat Gripz One a try!

Great Quality, Easy to Use
-I bought this smaller size after buying the larger diameter for my boyfriend in May. I needed to start with lighter weights when first using the Gripz, and I bought this smaller diameter because my grip strength doesn't allow me to use the thicker one with the weights we currently own. I love this size for my use. For my boyfriend who has been training regularly for several years, the larger size was perfect. -His are still in great shape with no obvious wear and tear after 6 months of regular use in weightlifting. Mine are new but I assume the quality will be the same. -We move it from the TRX to the barbell to the dumbells in any given workout. I was worried the constant opening and closing of the Gripz around the different handles would ruin the product, but they have held up great so far. -There was a definite positive difference in forearm strength, wrist and grip strength, brachialis, and muscle definition within a short time frame. -Perfect for adding a new challenge to routines, and useful for overall strength development, not just a toy that will be useless after a few weeks. -I think it was a good value, worth the price. -Doesn't work with our kettlebells, not a secure fit

Transform Your Workouts with Fat Gripz One – A Game-Changer!
**Transform Your Workouts with Fat Gripz One – A Game-Changer!** I’ve been using Fat Gripz One (1.75" outer diameter) for a few months now, and they’ve completely changed the way I approach my workouts. If you’re looking to build grip strength and make your regular exercises more challenging, these are a must-have. The thick grips force your forearms, wrists, and hands to engage more during exercises like deadlifts, rows, and curls, which translates into better overall strength. What really stands out is how versatile they are. You can snap them onto barbells, dumbbells, and even pull-up bars, making almost any exercise harder and more effective without having to add more weight. I’ve noticed significant improvement in both grip strength and muscle endurance since incorporating them into my routine. Plus, they’re super durable and made of a high-quality rubber material that doesn’t slip or wear down easily, even after heavy use. If you’re serious about getting stronger and want a simple yet effective way to push your limits, Fat Gripz One is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

What a grip
The grips are great and truly help. My wife loves to use them while working out with dumbbell's. Fat Gripz One (1.75 Inch Outer Diameter) are perfect for ladies.

Grip didn't wrap around dumbbell
This is a great product. Unfortunately, I had to return as the grip did not wrap completely around the dumbbell and it was unsafe to use as the grip was slipping. When I maneuvered the grip to use it, the feeling was felt immediately.

Apparently this do wear out fast. Yet it's a functional product
Well, first of all. I have use them mainly for thing like bicep curls (several variations), pull ups, chin ups, etc. This do work and make your forearms more sore than normal. And have indeed show some results (fractions of an inch) in around 2 - 3 weeks. All perfect till today, i just notice that the edge has already wear or damage. I have just a couple of weeks using them and they already show some wear on the very edge of the inside part for the bar? I hope it's normal and this don't start wearing out because they ain't the cheapest fat grips on the market. And I mean, it's not a big dent or something… but for around 35 bucks (28 bucks plus shipping) i expect better from this product and this company. This might also be that i'm not griping hard enough and as a result the dumbbell slides inside the grip, causing the weak. Anyhow, I'll update in a few weeks.

Love these things
I remember first reading that a wide grip will increase gains and improve grip strength vs a standard grip way back in the 90s. But back then options were limited, so what I did was to get exhaust pipe extensions from the auto parts store, wrap them in sandpaper for grip, and then place them around the handles of 5 gallon buckets and then fill them with heavy stuff to carry around. Yeah, these are quite a bit better than that option, in pretty much every way. For one, they can be used to put around more than just one thing only. Obviously they are designed for standard weight bars, but don't limit yourself to just that. I've started loading up my backpack and carrying it around by the handle at the top with one of these over it. I carry one with me almost everywhere I go now and just squeeze it as is for a light forearm workout on the go. Or put it over a section of a broom handle or whatever for a little increased width. I use it on the handles of some of the resistance bands I use as well. Basically everywhere I can. I also really like these fact that they have a slight bit of give when you squeeze them, they really not just completely solid like hard plastic or metal. I currently have the One (1.75), just ordered the Pro (2.25). Not sure I'll need the Extreme, but *what I'd really like to see is a set with an angled interior, like the ones N-Gage makes.* These are going to be a core part of every workout for me and I recommend them to anyone. (Plus they just feel better in your hand than a standard size bar.)

Worth the extra $
I’ve owned the 2.25” pair for over a decade now and can attest that these will last for a long time. I bought these for pull-ups as the others were a bit large for that. I own all three sizes and can say with certainty that they all have their uses with different lifts. These do cost more than other options on here but I’m confident the quality and durability make up for that. Again, I’ve had my original set since 2013-14, so spend the extra $10 on these and you won’t have to buy another set later on.
