Good device and support
Love this device, it is very helpful for plantar fasciitis. After a technical issue, the support team offered solutions, and after those didn't work suggested a replacement handle which they reimbursed me for. Great customer support!

Product does not work -does not provide muscle stimulation after 4 months of use
This machine arrived on Sept 30th at my house in California. It has a good packaging and arrives safely. But only after 4 months of usage, the machine has stopped providing any electrical stimulation to the muscles. It powers up and looks good, but I am ready to throw it out. I have tried to reach out to Amazon and seller but no feedback. I would strongly suggest not to spend so much money at this vendor due to poor quality and poor support. Roger

Jury still out, however
Says it comes with a travel case, nope, just a cardboard box. Will see if it performs, seems powerful.

Very solid machine.
Easy to use. It's a heavy machine. Seems well made and works well. I've been using it on myself, because I didn't want to pay the high prices of a provider. It hurts a bit when you use it on injuries, but that just means you found the injured spot. So, it makes it tough to use on yourself when it hurts a bit. It immediately helped an Achilles tendon issue. I've been trying it on an arthritic knee, I'm afraid to use it too much. You must take time after use to let it heal. It's not like more is better. There some things it may not help. Experiment with your own machine instead paying the high prices. I'm not sure why they charge so much. This machine seems to be as good as the ones in a Dr office.

Quality
After having my knee replaced I still have knee, back and hip pain. It’s been 3 years now and I was introduced to this as a new therapy approach by a chiropractor. When he finished the procedure I noticed that this was the best I felt in 3 years. I wasn’t cured but felt better. I wanted to continue therapy but the cost for 10 visits was $1700.00.So I did some research and purchased this unit and I’m so glad I did.It works just as well as the chiropractor unit and now I use it when I want and for any other pain related body parts. I would definitely recommend this unit.

not a real shockwave
This is a radial device – Actually ballistic pressure waves, not shockwaves. Limited penetration, require more sessions, often less effective. Truth: Radial and acoustic waves are not shockwaves — no matter how they’re marketed. And the heads did not fit the wand.

Not even sure it does the job
I tried a similar machine at my physical therapist’s office, where my typical routine includes electric muscle stimulation, then ultrasound therapy, followed by acupuncture. I thought investing in an ultrasound therapy machine for home use might be beneficial, given the relief I usually get at the clinic. However, after a few uses, I haven’t noticed any significant improvement in my pain. I wouldn’t highly recommend this product, especially given its high price and the lack of professional guidance on how to use it effectively.
