Food grater
The food collector is a plastic cover for the sharp side of the grater. It flips over and becomes the collection grid. I don’t expect it to last very long.

Works Better than my German Stainless Grater from Bremen!
Got one for a friend because she liked the German made stainless steel one that I had, but I used it once and now the German grater will sit in the back of the drawer. Effortlessly grates hard cheese, lemon zest, etc, five stars
