I use bee pollen to ward off seasonal allergies. I have suffered hayfever for years. In the last two years, I started sprinkling bee pollen on toast starting January. By the time summer rolls around hayfever symptoms are an order of magnitude lower. This provider is excellent value and the quality is great. Why on honey? Some of the reviews complain about the taste, so let me me clear something up. For the uninitiated, bee pollen can taste a bit like dirt. I think that this is because the kind of dirt you accidentally eat as a child gets its flavour from pollen. To get around this fact, I sprinkle the pollen on honey on toast. This keeps the pollen on the toast and makes it very pleasant to eat.

These were really yummy and added a welcome crunch to my breakfasts!

I agree with the other reviews on this that comment on the nice taste and natural origins of this product. I also recommend mixing it with water first to dissolve if you’re having it in a smoothie. I had an issue with the product where I had an allergic reaction and went into anaphylaxis. I don’t have any known allergies other than hayfever so it was very strange, but afterwards I realised when I had been stung in the past it was probably by wasps, so I would advise caution if you’re not sure if you’re allergic to bees, and also to be cautious if you have hay fever and just try a tiny bit first. Other customers use this product to cure their hay fever so there may be no risk at all, but just don’t have 5-10g in one go like I did just in case! The seller did everything in their power to resolve this for me including amending their packaging and safety instructions to include a warning for those with pollen allergies. It wasn’t really their fault as the food allergen laws don’t really touch on things like pollen. But I would be careful as there is other cases of this if you google it. At the same time, they told me that they’ve sold 15k units of this product and this is the first instance of an allergic reaction. Take that information as you wish! I saw a blog post that advised putting 1 granule on your tongue first to see how it goes so I would recommended the same. Enjoy
