I tried both variety packs which were really good, but my favorite was the Strawberry Margarita. It mixes easily, and I normally use it in 40 oz of water for a lighter taste. I especially like that it does not taste salty, but more sweet. It helps me consume the amount of water needed to stay hydrated.

This works to help keep my electrolyte’s numbers where they are supposed to be. I exercise frequently and my numbers were low and my doctor was concerned. I started adding this powder to my water and my numbers are normal now. It also tastes good.

Love this brand and all the flavors I’ve tried so far. I calculated out the cost of this vs other electrolyte powders and to use this one and add my own grey salt is both healthier and significantly more affordable. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Daily use for over a year now! Taste is great - not too salty and no weird stevia after taste. I’ve had better energy and practically no headaches since adding into my water regime.
