This is excellent blackout tape. Not a single LED device I have put this on has any visible glow. It is PITCH BLACK. It is quite surprising given how then the tape itself is. It is very easy to apply, works exactly as described and is VERY sticky. I have no worries of the tape falling off.

This product is exactly as advertised. Except perhaps the image of the role shows more product than what you’ll actually receive as I suspect that image represents 200 feet.

Is it because the supplier is unsure about how bright the LED is which you are trying to reduce?

Humidifier and clock displays lit the whole room up before! Much better nighttime ambiance after this product was applied

Good for the little lights on large and small appliances. Hides the light on our smoke detector, fan and humidifier. Worked great on the TV in my hotel room. I always bring some with me on my travels. Sticks well and is easy to use.

Doesn’t stick very well. Ended up getting another brand that’s wider and has a backing. It’s easier to install and seems to stick better. Dimming effect is the same.

Works perfectly! I sleep in my office (big snoring problem), where we have a TV, my work computer, an air conditioner, and the internet modem and router. At night there are blue, green, and red lights everywhere. Not anymore! I put a piece of this tape over every light and now it is pitch black! You can still see the lights if you get up close, but they no longer keep me up at night.

Every night I had a thin line of light creeping into my eye from the building across the street from me. Well no more! This went on easy as tape! It seems like a low residue material so if I need to remove it, I suspect it wont be too hard either. It is only about 2cm wide so it is perfect for blocking the small gap between the blinds and the window.

Don’t put this on your windows if you ever want to be able to remove it!
