I bought the kettle previously and wanted this toaster too and it doesn’t disappoint. My first 4 piece toaster and I absolutely love it 🥰 Arrived in its own box and packed very well. I’ve dappled with turning it on and reading the instructions and the display is fantastic for the settings required. The slots look a good width and any size bread should fit. It has a crumb catcher underneath which you can empty with ease. I can’t comment on how it toasts as it only arrived this week but I am sure it will be quick. The design is wonderful on the outer case and looks great in my kitchen so happy with my purchase especially as it was a Black Friday deal. Overall a great price and quality item.

A nice looking toaster, however it lacks quality. Using bread size such as Warburton it only toasted 2 thirds of the slice having to turn it round to do the rest. It is extremely light so be careful when pressing the buttons that lower the bread into the toaster as it flips over towards you. The crumb trays are at the back perhaps it's me but I would have thought it more practical to have them at the front. Overall it does the job of toasting bread.

Disappointed with this. I bought it to replace a DeLonghi which had lasted for a good 15yrs,butthe current prices of those were off putting. This looked good and at first worked well, but after 18 months the right hand slots weren't toasting, even if set to maximum, then the left side went a few months later. I've now replaced it with a DeLonghi, in the hopes that although pricey, it will last longer.
