Does this sub woofer works with my Marantz receiver? I am not able to do so

Hello, the Definitive Technology DN8 should work with your Marantz Receiver. Connect an RCA subwoofer cable to the Marantz Sub-out connection. Connect the other end of the RCA subwoofer cable to the LFE input on the subwoofer. If your front speakers are set to Large in the receiver settings, set the Bass setting in the receiver to LFE-Plus Main. How do you use it with a stereo amp? I see there are high level inputs but no outputs. There must be outputs to run cables to main stereo speakers.

When connecting to a stereo amp with no LFE output, run a second pair of speaker wires from the main speaker out on the amp to the subwoofer. The sub will not be drawing any power from the amp, only a signal as the subwoofer is powered.

How do you have the power on auto vs on all the time- I do not see a switch for this in the owners manual- and I do want to

I leave the power button in the “On” position all the time. I never turn it off since I’m turning my tv on/off sometimes several times a day. You’d have to manually turn it on/off each time with the rest of your setup otherwise. Entirely up to you if you’re trying to save electricity, but check with the manufacturer to see how much that standby charge actually pulls. Good luck!

Can this be used with wireless audio transmitter?

I’ve read nothing in the manual that would indicate that this has a built in receiver but if you have both the wireless transmitter and receiver that is made for the subwoofer frequencies I would believe it would work.
