We originally purchase these at costco, but they stopped carrying them so it was great that we could get them here. Although, when they got here they were really hard like they were old or weren't sealed right. We'll still use them just disappointed.

My go-to K2D3 supplement — mild taste, great results with consistent use
These are my favorite K2D3 vitamins. I take two in the morning and two at night, which I’ve found to be the ideal amount for my needs after learning I had a deficiency. While I take several supplements, I believe vitamin D plays a key role in overall health—and possibly in supporting my mood as well. The taste is very mild—not candy-sweet, but also not medicinal. I don’t crave them, but I’ve had an easier time incorporating these into my routine than with most other vitamins. It took about two bottles of consistent use before I really started noticing any changes, so patience is key. I don’t like being in the sun (I burn easily), so this supplement helps me get the D3 I need. I first bought them at Costco and now get them on Amazon—Costco is a great deal when they’re on sale, but Amazon’s convenience makes it an easy choice too. Good value overall. The bottle is well-designed: the large cap is easy to grip and open, and the wide mouth makes grabbing a dose simple. The gummies do stick together a bit, but nowhere near as badly as others I’ve tried—and they haven’t hardened or clumped completely. For me, these have worked well, and I’ll continue repurchasing.

Great product
Love these! Taste good and help with my vitamin D deficiency. They are 5,000 IU so make sure you know how much you need to take. Most vitamin D supplements are 1,000 IU.
