Replace Crystal Light Pure Lemonade with this product! Try 3 packets in 32 oz of water. I add a little more sugar because this product is a little intense. Plus it is actually "pure".

I know I'm supposed to drink more water but drinking plain water becomes too much work and it gets boring quick. So, off and on I check to see if there is a drink mix that is; #1 sweetened with stevia or just unsweetened, #2 tastes okay, #3 has no artificial colors or preservatives, #4 is reasonably priced. This comes pretty close. Taste wise it doesn't match up to real juice but a long time ago I lowered my expectations which is why my taste requirement in #2 above only needs to "tastes okay". But this is pretty good for a drink mix that's healthier than the bottled stuff in the stores. Since I'm just looking for something to flavor water I dilute this and the other flavors to half strength. I add some stevia because I like it sweeter. For anyone who drinks water infused with fruit that's the taste I'm going for. It's a lighter taste. It doesn't taste like plain water and I get twice as much flavored water which cuts the cost in half. I tried all of the flavors and so far my favorites have been the plain Orange, True Lemon Lemonade Drink Mix, True Lemon Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, True Lime Limeade, and True Lime Black Cherry Limeade. I can actually taste the Raspverry and Black Cherry and they are not overwhelmed by the lemon or lime flavor. I hope True {whatever} sticks with the minimalist recipe. One minor issue that I have is that while it's not a dealkiller I'm confused why they advertise "sweetened with stevia" but on some of the items the ingredients have included sugar. It's a negligible amount but having the "sweetened with stevia" on the front might make someone think that it's sugar free when it isn't. My preference would be stevia or no sweetener at all.

You might ask why I only gave it four stars when I said it's my new favorite drink mix. Here's why: The taste is a bit odd. I don't know how else to explain it, it's just ... strange. However, there's simply nothing else on the market that meets my needs. My former favorite drink mix was Crystal Light Pure Lemonade made with Truvia(R). Unfortunately, Kraft Foods recently stopped making Crystal Light Pure Lemonade, and they don't make any other drink mixes with Stevia that I have been able to find (shame on you, Kraft!). I don't like to ingest artificial sweeteners, usually opting for monk fruit or stevia when I need sweetener. I simply can't drink much plain water. For some reason it seems hard on my stomach. In order to ensure I drink my recommended 8 glasses a day, I need to good very-low-calorie drink mix. True Lemon lemonade is now the one. There is always a gallon jug of it in the fridge and I try to drink half of it every day. If you can get past that somewhat strange taste, you can appreciate this drink mix for the fact that it is made of all natural ingredients. Note: It's not the Stevia alone that makes this product taste odd. I use stevia in my coffee, plain yogurt, on fruit, and never notice an odd taste. The odd taste either comes from the reduced/powdered citrus or in combining the citrus with Stevia.

Put 4 of these packets in a 2 quart container, a change from only water. Used to be able to get packets that made 2 qts but am told by company they are no longer available. They make more money this way. Guess only us old people make 2qts of liquid and pour as needed. Guess everything is on the go for more cost.
