These gummies have certainly been beneficial in reducing hair loss, which I've experienced during the postpartum phase, along with hair thinning and very weak, brittle nails that would often break and sometimes bleed even when slightly grown. They have truly revitalized my nails and hair. The gummies are delicious and presented in charming packaging. They have an appealing aroma, and while their very chewy texture can sometimes make eating them a bit tiring due to the amount of chewing required, they are otherwise wonderful. The only recurring issue, as others have noted, is that they tend to stick together. They often form a large clump at the bottom of the container, necessitating vigorous shaking and the use of a chopstick to separate them. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone seeking healthier nails and hair. The added benefit of glowing skin is a delightful bonus!

I absolutely LOVE these gummies!! I was losing my hair to stress and these really helped bring my hair back! This is one month worth.. I just ordered my second bottle. They taste delicious. Some are stuck together but it’s two a day so if two are stuck together that’s the two I’m taking for the day. Thanks Kourtney!!

I’ve been using these for over seven months now and I’ve been really happy with the results. My hair has definitely started growing faster and it looks fuller than it did before I started taking them. I’ve also noticed my nails seem stronger as well. Another bonus is that they actually taste good, which makes them easy to take every day. Some supplements can be hard to keep up with, but these are more like a treat. Overall I’ve had a really good experience with them and plan to keep using them.

Not seeing as much difference in nails. May be a coincidence but less hair loss

I’ve been taking these for about two and a half weeks and already notice a difference. My nails feel stronger and my hair feels a bit fuller and smoother. I can’t speak on skin results since I follow my own skincare routine, but I’m really happy so far. They taste great, not too sticky on your teeth and while some of the vitamins may stick together, (as it does with many similar products) they’re very easy to separate and it doesn’t affect the quality at all. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!
