My daughters have two of these types of dragons (age 8 and 11) which was purchased from a local market. A friends daughter commented on how cool they were (age 13) so thought I'd get one for birthday. The quality of this one was awful!! It didn't move freely like our ones and was even difficult to put back in the egg. Note, it is small but I'm sure it had measurements to check. I returned for refund.

Sparkly, my kid liked it but over priced
The dragon is small compated to the egg. The colours are nice but the feel is of course plastic. Wait a while or get cheaper off line.

Cute toy
My daughter loves it, price is good, did find it a little small but is still a nice size, seems to be pretty well made though I would suggest not getting one for a child too young maybe 6+
