Moiswell makes a great unit! I bought one 18 months ago. Unit ran perfect until it started making noise last week. Worked with customer service and diagnosed a bad fan bearing (most likely their supplier's issue). Today I received a brand new unit! They stand behind their product. The packaging is excellent. Installed and fired up. Running great. RH was 64 % and soon was 50% (the value I had set). I normally do not write reviews but their product and service has been exceptional. I highly recommend Moiswell!

Great product and service ! Had an issue with my first unit. Support was very helpful thruout the whole process , after some troubleshooting with customer service it turned out my first unit was defective , I was promptly shipped a replacement and that has been working great! Easy to setup and very simple design for ease of use.

Only 2 months of use off and on, not full time use, and controller malfunctioned and wont turn off or on and cant program controller at all to operate dehumidifier. Apparently poor quality. Cant return due to 30 day return policy, how convenient.

Just unboxed this. Noticed one of the 2 clips is broke off, it wasn't inside the controller so it had to of happened during assembly or this is a return which I'm doubting because it took so long to get due to back order. Haven't hooked it up and tested funtion yet.

Works perfectly. Only issue is the backlight stays on all the time. Would prefer if it went dark after a few seconds so it did not draw attention to itself. Wife hates the constant glow of it and hangs a cloth over it at night. Other than that, it is a huge help to be able to read RH and temp in crawlspace without having to open the hatch.

The remote controller worked fine for a few months then no longer communicated with the dehumidifier. I contacted Moiswell support and Aya from customer service responded within 24hrs. She has been super supportive and sent me a new controller and new control board for the dehumidifier to be sure they were a matched set. Everything works as it should now. I cant say enough about Moiswell's customer service. My experience has been great. I plan on making future purchases from this company.
