This is my first time trying a supplement to help with my supply. I was an underproducer and supplemented with formula (combo feeding). Even when I pumped to make up for the bottle feeding, I would pump less than an oz or 1.5oz. The only feed that would satisfy my baby was when he slept his 4 hour stretch and it was the only time I felt really full and engorged. After 4 days of taking the supplements, I noticed a tremendous difference. My milk flow increased, which my baby was constantly upset about and would prefer a bottle instead of latching. And of course my supply increased, I went from only one good feed to slowly having all feeds be good and leaving my baby satisfied. I’ve started feeling full during the day after 2/3 hours from the last feed and the feed that was already satisfying baby, I find myself still feeling full after feeding and having to pump afterwards. I only feed on demand now, I occasionally pump and have started building a small freezer stash. I have high lipase (baby takes it perfectly fine) so I dont freeze more than 40oz just because I dont keep my milk frozen for more than 2 weeks. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now and even have a subscription to these supplements ! They work ! Here’s a picture of me filling up this bottle for the first time ! I used to barely fill up those 5oz Medela bottles.

I previously used about three bottles of Liquid Gold, and it was a huge success for me, so I had high expectations. I’m happy to say that Pump Princess is working great so far. I’ve noticed an increase in my milk production, and I’m almost ready to start my lactation bank 🙏 My supply is definitely getting stronger and more consistent. I’ve also tried another product from another brand, the Organic Fenugreek capsules, and wow — they worked perfectly for me as well. Did not see a difference after use. I was hoping to increase or maintain a good supply but didn’t see anything. Price is a little high for a slim chance that it will work. Taste was fine and didn’t cause any discomfort.

This helps boost my milk production very quickly. The only draw back is that I get terrible gas from the product.

Mama to mama — I can’t say enough good things about the Legendary Milk Pump Princess! I only take one in the morning and one at night, and it’s helped me so much with my supply. My baby is almost 3 months and already sleeping through the night. I usually just pump once around 2am, and by 6am I’m bursting and ready to pump again. The quality of these supplements is really good. The capsules are a nice size — easy to swallow — and they don’t upset my stomach at all (which I was worried about since some supplements can be rough). So I started using this product when I found out my baby was having a reaction to fenugreek. Originally I had started my breastfeeding journey using fenugreek my output was just enough for feeding. But my daughter developed terrible eczema all over her body it was heatbreaking. We had to eliminate things one at a time to find out what the cause was (It felt like it took forever) I left fenugreek as the last thing because my breastfeeding consultant told me to take the supplement so it didn't occur to me until we exhausted all other options (diapers, soap, detergent, even bottles soap) so I found legendary milk the fenugreek free on the label was a huge relief for me and reading the story about the founder and her sons reaction to fenugreek really opened my eyes everyone is different. It took days for the fenugreek to leave my body and her skin to clear up and as that time passed I was struggling to produce crying all the time worried and stressed I wasn't feeding her enough I even gave her 4-6 oz of formula at night to make sure she was a well fed baby. THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE MOMS REMEMBER THIS and give yourself GRACE a FED BABY is all that matters. But I wanted to continue so I started with cash cow and after about 2 days I saw a big improvement in the morning I was producing 4 oz each breast and by the night I was getting 2oz each breast (my baby is 3 months old and this is pumping after nursing again a fed baby is most important) I did the 10 days and was happy so I just started using pump princess and this was my pump after 3 doses of it about 9 oz in the late morning around 11am and im not sure if its true but my period just returned yesterday and i read your supply can drop so im happy it didnt yet it has actually improved. I will continue to use this product as long as possible my girls skin is completely clear thankfully since using a fenugreek free product. I didnt take photos after cash cow but after reading literally hundreds of reviews on each legendary milk product I realized I am drawn to reviews with photo proof not that i dont believe other reviews only it feels more encouraging. So i hope this helps someone and I hope all the moms reading this know you're not alone, you're doing amazing and that 1 or 2 oz you just pumped is a huge and counts keep up the good work! No after taste Didn't bother my stomach.

* Update- company did reach out and refunded me for the pump princess. I’ve edited my review to reflect them reaching out to help* I have a hard time swallowing these, due to smell and taste of them. When you burp all you can smell/taste is how this bottle smells. 20 minutes after swallowing they make me nauseous and I’ve puked on occasion taking pump princess. Liquid gold and milkpalooza help my supply. But pump princess absolutely TANKED my supply. In the 4 days I’ve taken it. Normally I take 2 twice a day, this time I followed the label taking 2 three times a day because by day 2 my supply tanked. But the more I took, the less I produce. I barely have enough to feed my baby now! Speaking of my almost 4 month old baby. The day after starting these pills he normally poops 1-2 times a day. He didn’t poop for 2 days! These upset his tummy and mine. I personally do not recommend pump princess. The other two I listed up top I recommend those! I’d like to note before I was getting 10-12oz per nursing and pump session. Now I’m only getting 2oz pic for proof/reference. *update after stopping pump princess my supply gradually increased to almost normal, still is low but it’s better than it was.*
