I’m 5'3" and 155 lbs and purchased the medium size—it fits securely and is easy to put on and take off thanks to the dual zippers, though a small might fit even better. I bought this for my mom who has been experiencing a lot of leg fatigue, restlessness and foot pain lately. I wanted a device that would provide relieve pain and tension, massage her lower extremities, and also increase blood circulation. What she loves about this is the quality of the air pressure, which squeezes her legs, calves, and feet. There are different modes that allow you to adjust which parts of the leg that the pressure will concentrate on, and she enjoys the ability to customize her experience. She also has a lot of pain and discomfort in her feet which has become worse over the last few years. She really enjoys focusing the pressure on her feet. And has said that she was so relaxed that she fell asleep a few times while using it. She isn't very tall in height (5'3"), but I still decided on the medium size because I didn't want it to be too tight around her thighs and calves. She says that the the compression is powerful even on the lowest setting (full leg), but is looking forward to being able to increase the pressure as she adds this to her weekly routine and becomes more accustomed to using the device. She says it's important to start on the lowest level and work your way up. So far she is very satisfied with the product and I look forward to trying it myself the next time I visit her.

They do help with leg pain. I had a metal rod interested into my leg to support the broken bones and therefore I get alot of leg pain and restless-leg syndrome. I can put these on for 25 minutes, calf only with pressure maxed out at 130 (not sure what 130 means it's just the highest level) and feel some relief. They do get very tight, especially around the feet which I found a bit uncomfortable but others may enjoy. The leg sleeves are high quality and zip nicely. The pressure is strong so advise starting low and working your way up. 4 stars because it does work but it is a bit cumbersome and very difficult to get back in the bag it comes in.
