bought this sit-up bar a few weeks ago and honestly, it has made my home workouts so much easier. It’s compact, easy to set up, and doesn’t take much space. mostly use it for sit-ups and leg raises, and it doesn’t move at all. The resistance bands and ankle straps are nice. perfect for warm-ups and light strength training.
