Charging Case for Air Pod Pro 2nd Generation with USB-C, Compatible with AirPod Pro 1/2 Gen Replacement Case,No Earbuds

Needed to get a case for the AirPod Pros (2)... I was a little unsure on how well a non-Apple one would work, but I didnt want to pay Apple prices. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The case is almost identical to the real one. The differences are - 1. it obviously doesn't have the serial numbers (outside back or inner lid), 2. the pair/reset button is on the front instead of the back, and 3. the indicator light actually has a three-color code for battery life... green indicating 66%+, blue being between 65-33%, and red being 32% and lower... This is actually a feature I think the real AirPod case could benefit from... The AirPods fit inside as they should and sit safely in the compartments. The magnet closure is strong, and the case material is durable and very similar to the original. It can be charged via the USB-C or the magnetic/watch charger, and it charges well. As for pairing, it was very easy and the same: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and have the BT Settings menu open on your phone. Open the lid and long-press the sync button until the green light flashes. Your phone will do the work to detect the AirPods and then follow the prompts to connect... And like any other BT device, it will remember the device and stay connected. All in all, I'd say this case is worth grabbing if you need a replacement or secondary case and do not want to pay Apple prices.

I have had this product for now almost more than a month. It works exactly how it is described. i am very happy that it also connects to USB-C, out of the box didnt have any issues connecting to my devices and the battery life indicator is extremely useful. I wish Apple would learn more from such products and make changes to their own offering. Good work by the team at the vendor. I gladly recommend this product and feel its extremely value for money.

I appreciate the battery life of the case and it charged my AirPods Pro perfectly. Since it is USB-C, the case charges much more quickly than my apple case did with the lightning port. My only beef is that the case does not charge well wirelessly. I’ve tried three different wireless chargers and each one causes the case to get so hot that it’s uncomfortable to touch, which I’m sure isn’t very good for the AirPods. I’m worried that it could actually catch fire if they were left on the pad too long. So as long as you’re charging with a cable, it works beautifully. Charge wirelessly at your own risk. I suppose that it could just be a faulty unit, but it’s not a deal breaker for me or reason to return it. The case only needs to be charged maybe once or twice a week.

Great replacement for the standard air pods case. Our original went through the wash but the AirPods were good. Had no issue changing to this new case.
