Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1TB, Alpine Green - T-Mobile (Renewed)

At first, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished device, but I finally convinced myself after reading about this company's reputation. The device arrived on time, just as promised. It's in good condition with only a few very minor imperfections on the front frame—I emphasize that they are barely noticeable. The battery health was at 92%, and it came with a charger, but the included cable wasn't the right one; they sent a USB-C to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to Lightning cable. I would like to receive the correct cable from the seller. I waited a week before writing this review to be as honest as possible, and I don't think the device will have any problems going forward. Therefore, I recommend this seller 90%, deducting points only because of the incorrect charging cable.

Just received it today, set it up and it's working perfectly. The screen is pretty much like new. The back is in perfect condition. The top of the phone has a scratch where it took off the paint. But, that's to be expected when buying a used phone. I just recommend wiping or resetting the phone completely before you start using it. Mine arrived without being reset. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase. And it arrived on the day it said it would!!

For the money, it's a good phone. battery only at 89% but i guess that's better than it could be. Still, i think renewed phone should come with battery life 90%+. took about 30 minutes to update and sync but worked well once completed. no scratches or damages. good value for money. sim card was plug n play from previous iphone. sadly i don't really like the new ios 26 update lol but thats not the sellers fault. Came with charging cable and charging block (usb-c) but no original iphone packaging. still i appreciate the charging block and cable that was a nice touch considering apple doesn't even do that these days

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

I was super nervous purchasing a used phone especially off Amazon through a second party seller, but this phone arrived in 1 day with prime, had to give a code to my delivery driver so it wasn’t just thrown around, the phone came in a standard white box bubble wrapped perfectly, the phone was in perfect condition, no scratches, no cracks, not even finger prints on the sides! All buttons function properly as well as the screen. The battery life was 88%, but it seems to last up to 2.5 days, I am constantly on my phone and it hasn’t died yet. I think I’ve charged it fully once since I’ve gotten it because it arrived on 50%. I couldn’t be more happy! I am super impressed and will definitely consider buying a used phone from this company again!

I was very overdue for an upgrade from the iPhone 8 Plus that I had been using for the past 6 years lol. Initially I was skeptical about the quality since the reviews are mixed, but in my case I have no complaints whatsoever. The phone is also covered by the 90 Days Amazon Renewed Guarantee, so you can test it for up to 3 months and if you aren't satisfied you can return it for a refund or replacement. I strongly recommend if you want a recent phone in near perfect condition for a fraction of the price of buying a brand new one.

I ordered this phone because it was supposed to be in excellent condition (like new) even though it was listed as refurbished. I paid $900 with taxes and the case and expected it would perform reliably for a good length of time. I was very disappointed when after just 9 months it was turning itself off whenever it wasn’t plugged in. I took it to the Apple Store for a check. They found when we removed the case that the battery was so expanded that it was pushing up the front screen. This is very dangerous. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this supplier as the quality (poor) and description of the product (excellent) are not matching.

En lo personal fue es una muy buena compra, tenía la incertidumbre de no recibir lo que esperaba o de tener algún contratiempo del proveedor o la paquetería, pero la realidad es que mi pedido llego en perfecto estado y solo se retrasó un día en la fecha de entrega que marcaba Amazon. Cambie mi IPhone 11 después de 5 años con él, aun y cuando estaba en perfecto estado y funcionamiento, pero llego la hora de renovarlo y estoy muy feliz con el cambio. * Su estado físico está muy bien y completo. El marco de acero está en perfecto estado sin golpes ni rayones. * La batería llego al 81% solo eso no me agrado, esperaba estuviera mínimo en 90%. *Llevo una semana utilizándolo y la verdad funciona super bien. *Las cámaras, la pantalla y sistema interno están funcionando muy bien. *El color y modelo es el que desee tener hace tiempo, está muy lindo y elegante. *Lo mejor de todo fue el precio, compare y busque opciones y resulto ser la mejor.

Excelente opción para un celular si no quieres gastar demasiado en lo que cuestan. Venía con 93% de vida en la batería y muy pocos detalles de uso.
