These earbuds are so comfortable. Having them rest on your ear and not inside it is the main reason why. With the ear hook?, they stay in place very well. The sound is great when you listen to music and when you talk on the phone. I will forget that I have them on. I would recommend them for sure.

I just got them, but the pairing process is super easy and the sound is nice. The controls are super simple and slick, all based on touch and timing without buttons. There's a really nice matte or satin finish on them that feels good in the hand.

This is my third pair of headphones from Tozo. Each pair has been high quality and lasted with no issues. I only upgrade every 2 years to get the latest tech. These far surpassed my expectations again! So lightweight and the sound is Bose quality. I also like how they stay on even when I am moving around. I never worry about losing them because of how inexpensive they are.

They worked great initially, but after 6 months there's sound issues. Can't get help through Amazon and there's no option to contact Tozo for support.

I bought these open ear buds primarily for my phone conversations to be hands-free and for Zoom calls. I have used them on several occasions in the past week and asked people that I am conversing with about sound quality. All have stated that the sound quality is normal sounding, not 'tinny' and no echo. From my end it is sounds good/normal as well. I like the fact that I can hear my surroundings and that I am not totally blocked off from hearing or communicating with others in the same room as me. I have other earbuds from Tozo I purchased that fall out no matter the size of rubber tip I use. I can leave these around my ears for much longer than I could with inner earbuds because of their comfort level. I have not had to attach the extra rubber grip that comes with these buds to stay on my ear. I do wear glasses so that might help them stay on me a little bit better. The wire or part that goes around your ear is not adjustable- it appears to be one size fits all. I have also used the earbuds on my mini trampoline for exercise and they have not fallen off! Talk texting quality is good. I don't yet know how any of the touch controls work because I don't use them for music so I can't speak to that.

Don’t buy this product. After 1 month left bud stopped working and case would get extremely hot when charging. Got replacement but shortly after return window closed left bud stopped charging and left charging port looks corroded (green). Tozo has yet to return my messages. Unfortunate because sound is great and very comfortable

Love the quality of this brand especially for the price. Compact and versatile. Fit comfortably in my small ears too. They don't pop out of my ears like others while working out. Fantastic sound quality especially on calls.

I have had TOZO ear buds for years and they still work. This model I purchased for my wife for travel. She does not like the protrusion of the classic style and ear phones also are a no for her. These fit the bill. work good decent quality and they stay in your ears.
