Well constructed but interface is a learning curve
This replaced an old Creative Zen player that provided over two decades of use. This is a well constructed Mp3 player that you could take into battle and the sound quality is very good. Content management is simple with almost any desktop media software . My biggest complaint is the lack of documentation on navigating the interface. Be prepared for a time consuming learning curve to be able to navigate it somewhat smoothly. The website provides almost no additional information about its use

Excellent product with outstanding customer service!
Very positive experience overall. My journey with this brand started with this device, and it left a strong first impression. The price is excellent, and the quality and design are top-notch. The device is built with sturdy aluminum, has a nice weight to it, and feels premium in hand—so much so that sometimes I just enjoyed holding it instead of putting it in my pocket! Unfortunately, it didn’t work well with my AirPods Pro 2, which was the main reason I bought it. Because of this, I reached out to their customer service—and I was blown away. They responded immediately and were eager to help. Their solution was to upgrade me to their G4 player (https://a.co/d/5h4htoI), which arrived just a few days later. The G4 deserves its own review, but I’ll say this: it’s exactly what I was looking for. It works perfectly with my AirPods Pro 2, has everything I need, and maintains the same high build quality. My only feedback: I would love to see the red side button become customizable, rather than triggering recording by default when long-pressed. I especially appreciate that the G4 product supports Apple Music with lossless quality and still comes at such a reasonable price point. But more than anything, what impressed me most was the customer service—fast, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to see that kind of support these days. I almost never write reviews, but this experience was special enough that I felt compelled to share it. If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality product backed by exceptional customer support—this is it.

Unfortunate
Genuinely very disappointed by this. I was excited to use this because I work thirds, and my phone has little storage space. The obvious was mp3 player. It works really well, the interface took a smidge of getting used to but it's a fairly agreeable little brick of an mp3 player. Very sturdy chassis. So sturdy in fact I can't even open it up to fix the large issue that was presented after a couple clicks off and on. I am very gentle with technology, I understand how to handle it. But, early into my shift, not even 3 hours after receiving it, the external power button pushed into the device and I could not turn it off and on. I had to force it awake by removing the microSD (not ideal). I was hoping to swap this player for another after returning the original, and that I just had simply been an unlucky one and that they do work very well because there's a couple of shining reviews here. I really enjoyed using it in the 3 hours that it worked! However I can only return it for a refund unfortunately, and I cannot decide if I want to buy another and run the same risk. Fool me once I suppose

Week review: My experience
I picked this up and have been listening on it for hours on end, for roughly a week from this review. Battery life is pretty good, and I've been charging it about every other day. It's small, compact, and the quality of my music sounds really well even through my apple headphones. It does offer Bluetooth support, which I haven't utilized it fully yet. A couple things I wish for this device. A better UI system, one where the buttons are more complimented than how they are now. I wish Playlists where a thing we could setup on the device. Right now, it supports artists, albums, genre, all songs, and a favorites button. But I'm one who has drastically different moods of music, and I'd love to organize my tastes a bit more than just favoriting only the tracks I extremely like. Another thing that was weird but got used to doing was how the device goes into sleep mode, you still have access to skip songs, pause/play, and restarting your track, but to get out of sleep mode, you hit the sleep mode button on the top, then you have to double tap the back arrow twice to get out of the clock screen. I wish it just went in and out of sleep mode, with no clock screen like a regular phone does. Besides my small grips on organizing music within the device, it's compact, decent battery life, supporting Lossless audio, and expandable storage makes it a easy buy again for me. I love how clicky the buttons are, and the screen buttons at first take some time adjusting from tactile to screen but overall the quality of the shell, the music quality, easy to load files, and taking it on the go is pretty good quality. This isn't your IPOD NANO but it's more than serviceable. If you are looking into digitizing your physical cd collection, or breaking away from streaming platforms, starting with something like this is always a good idea. I'm hoping I have plenty of months to come with this device, and if you pick it up, I hope you all do as well. (NOTE) when loading songs on a micro sd card, immediately direct your attention to the folder button on the device. Make sure you select SD Card. It will update your library and you'll be able to start listening to your songs.

A nice gift for a friend, family member or yourself
I brought this for a gift for a friend because I thought they would like it. They like design of the player, the Bluetooth connection with their earbuds. They also like that you could use a SD card to add more memory. They like the build quality of the product and buttons have nice a nice feel to them. If you're thinking about one for yourself or a friend it's good for the price.

Absolutely Terrible
First off don't forget to reformat the sdcard that comes with this thing. And just for the heck of it reformat the internal memory too. I put music on it before reformatting and it didn't recognize the music. It kept saying No Music! Then asked me to input yes or no. Which didn't make any sense. You have to reload the library every time you put music on this thing. Meaning that you have to add whatever music you like then you have to go to a certain setting and update the library. Which doesn't make sense it should just be able to read that there are new files on it without having to "update it". On the plus side it is a nice looking player and does come with a front and back screen protector but that's is about the only good thing about it. The on screen buttons are not good at all. I kept pressing the center button to select my option and it kept clicking the back button on the right even though I pressed the center button. I had to press slightly to the left of the center button in order to not click the back button. Also the interface is horrible. Im sending this one back and gonna go for the slightly more expensive Hiby R1. Which is about 30 dollars USD more than this product. However if you are on a tight budget and really need to get your hands on a digital audio player then I guess this one is okay. But if you are able to save a little bit extra get a different player.
