Oven was received without a working regulator. The regulator inlet has no threads. The product instructions state that the supply line should be threaded into the regulator. Appliance installation people that were here to install it in my house said they'd never seen anything like it. The product description says they have dedicated technical support - but I've spoken with their support call center twice and promised to receive an email but it's been several days and no email. Can't move into our house without a working oven. Weighing whether to simply return this one or pay for someone else to fix the product that was defective when sent.

The ABS rotary knobs are a huge plus—they're easy to turn, don't get hot, and look super high-end. Cleaning is a breeze too, thanks to the enamel plate. Whether I'm making a quick weeknight dinner or a fancy multi-course meal, this stove handles it all.

Worst customer service and even worse product. 2 burners died after 6 months, called to buy replacements and no response. Just the run around. Company is based in China. Don't buy this stove unless you want to burn your money.
