This flavor is awesome, watermelon one, this pre-workout it doesn't make you itch and DOESN'T give you palpitations or shaking. It will focus and motivation mentality. I love it.

Overall not a hitter it doesn’t get you through your workout doesn’t even kickstart you . Add to that the price it’s not worth it you’re better off investing in another pre workout. As for taste it taste generic which is fine but the affects gotta hit. Won’t be buying again very underwhelming product

Great formula with effective dose of key ingredients. Gives additional energy and focus during workouts without speedy jitters. Mixes well; watermelon flavor good.

You know I really wanted to love this pre workout but it really didn’t give me a good pump or good energy. It was more of a mild pump. Plus whenever I took it about 30 mins after the workout was over I would get super nauseous for about 5 mins.

This stuff is incredible. Excellent focus and energy without feeling anxious or itchy. They should change the name from Mode Lightning to Lightning Motivation.

This is insane. Tastes like crap, but the energy is simply unmatched. Low quality taste; high quality performance. Expensive, but is in an enormous quantity. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 SCOOP FIRST TIME!

This is not a high stim pre workout. Not worth the money very disappointed. Does not dissolve well in water.
