Highly Recommend
Bought for my elderly mother who had bad edema in her legs. These work wanders! Easy to put on. Velcro works very good and stays on good. Compression can be adjusted to your liking or comfort level. Worth the money.

Stays in place and offers extra compression targeted to upper thigh
This thigh compression piece works as well as some of my more expensive medical-grade garments. I wear a custom size compression sleeve for lymphedema in my leg, with the upper thigh being a trouble spot. I added this and am seeing good results in targeting a challenging area. One of the best things about it is that it stays in place and doesn't fall down.

Works great but doesn’t hold up for long
So, I actually REALLY love this wrap, as it really does help with my swelling — but I’m back to buy my 4th one this year, as the velcro doesn’t hold up for very long. It becomes worn (especially since you’re constantly wrapping it in the same place) and then it does not stay affixed, or when you get it to, it pulls up easily with any movement. I keep coming back, as like I said, compared to anything else I’ve tried on the market, this really does work — but it’s not a cheap item, and replacing it every 2 months or so is becoming an expensive venture; hence the 3 stars.

They are not very expensive, give it a shot
Slides down my leg to the ankle unless I wrap it tourniquet tight. On the good side, there is no latex in it to make me break out in hives and blisters. This might work well on places above calf or elbow.

A welcome wrap through PT recovery, and a great wrap for Lymphedema
These Velcro leg braces are a Godsend to daily recovery routines. The compression and ‘swaddling’ wrap helps with PT movement. often lessening pain. Thank you for making such a quality product so affordable.

NOT worth the money
WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! I bought the extra long, XXL one thinking it would at least cover my lymphedema tumor on my thigh, WRONG. I have VERY short legs, approx a 28" inseam so this should have covered at least half the length of my thigh like in the picture. NOPE. So now I have a very expensive thigh wrap that I have to use with ANOTHER type thigh wrap. Plus there is only rubber, non slip on the trim, so if you wear this over a tubular bandage like we are supposed to, it will slip down. I own something similar that has a rubber backing that covers the entire back and also has velcro fasteners, and I love it but wanted to try this since it was supposedly tailored for the lymphedema community. Your better off looking for "VELCRO THIGH WRAPS" on Google and you'll get a better deal for a better product.

I have lymphoedema in my legs and compression stockings have pushed the fluid out of my toes and lower legs into my thighs. I have ended up with a lymphoedema mass above my knee making it difficult to walk. This is the only wrap that has actually stayed up and helped! I got the biggest one and it covers about half the length of my thigh, if you wanted full coverage of a large thigh you’d probably need 2 of these. Will definitely purchase another one.
