I’ve been using these Raxwell BBQ Gloves while smoking on my Weber Smokey Mountain, and they’ve quickly become an essential part of my grilling setup. Whether I’m wrapping brisket in bucher paper or adjusting thermostat probes mid-smoke, these gloves deliver. The nitrile-coated black gloves are tough. I’ve never had one tear while putting them on or taking them off. They’re great on their own when handling food, but paired with the cotton liners, they offer solid heat protection when working near the grill. I’ve worn them while moving hot meat, adjusting vents, and even during the wrap stage. No burns, no fuss. Bonus points for durability: I wasn’t sure how long the cotton gloves would last, so I tossed a pair in the washing machine. They held up great. Turns out I could’ve just grabbed a fresh pair from the pack, but it’s nice to know they’re reusable. The black gloves also help keep the cotton liners clean. Sometimes I’ll just slip on the cotton gloves alone when I need to tweak the smoker vents—still enough protection to save my hands from the heat. Bottom line: These gloves are a smart buy for anyone who takes their BBQ seriously. They’re comfortable, dependable, and built to handle the heat, literally.

EXACTLY as advertised. Saves my hands and clean up easily. I have some reusable rubber gloves, but had to clean them and dexterity was lost. These enable your hands to work the way you need them to. Really nice if you have normally sweaty hands - the liners alleviate this issue for the most part, but in south Texas when it's 100ºF, things are gonna sweat.

My wife wanted to try them and the work as advertised. She can pick up food in the frying pan and turn it over comfortably . Very happy with this quality product!

These gloves fit well (Large size for a 6' tall 165lb male) and work very well. The heat-resistant gloves fit well along with the nitrile gloves on top, they feel snug and secure, and I love the ability to work on food with the ease of using my hands. Carving meat with these is great. Even grilling, when using tongs to turn tons of hot dogs/sausages on the grill, I'll wear these so I can leave my hand in the grill longer while turning them. I even use them when cooking with my iron skillets ... especially when I'm stove-top cooking and I go to grab the handle of a hot iron skillet, these offer me the forgiveness of brief forgetfulness when I fail to grab my hot pads. I don't think they would resist enough heat (nor the nitrile fail to melt) for me to be able to move a very hot iron skillet from the stovetop to the oven, though. But enough to shake it on the stove top for a sec. On the down-side, though, the nitrile gloves are packed SO TIGHTLY into the box that they come out in chunks, like 10 gloves all stuck together at a time. I've purchased several boxes of (other brands of) nitrile gloves and this is the first time I've ever experienced this minor frustration. Just be informed, you may end up wanting to get an extra side box of nitrile gloves (maybe even at 5 or 6 mil thickness) to use with these heat-resistant gloves.

My husband has been using these for a while now and they are a game changer. I have also used them a few times as well. They really do work. So glad it came with multiple pairs of the inner layer, as sometimes they get dirty when the black gloves are taken off and it’s nice to be able to wash them.

I use these heat resistantgloves while handling hot meats on my barbecue pit and smoker. Don’t have to mess up a pair of insulated gloves and wash them. Just peel off the nitrile glove and toss it.

Excellent Nitrile Gloves with Cotton Inserts. I do a lot of BBQ on my Pit Boss Pellet Grill and my Webber Premier unit. Ribs, Brisket, Hamburgers, Sausages, Chicken, - even Pulled Pork. These gloves with the inserts let me work around the grills and the meats without burning myself. They are excellent quality and will give you the protection you need when working with hot food and your grill. I even wash the nitrile gloves with hot, soapy water and after drying them I can use them to keep my hands clean when I put on my various Rub's on Baby Back or St. Louis ribs. I highly recommend these gloves if you want to be a true pit boss. ;-) They work well. The price was good and the shipping fast.

A game changer for carving the turkey on Christmas Day! Flexible enough to be able to safely grip the carving knife and sufficient heat resistance to be able to pull apart the carcass by hand. Food safe gloves for serving food was also appreciated in this cold and flu season.

These are NOT heat resistant to the degree they’re claiming. We tried them on a BBQ and immediately knew they were not going to cut it. We were able to use them for slightly cooler items, but anything with significant cook time (even low and slow) was just too hot to handle.
