If the lid is closed (as it should be) the suction doesn't work well, we have to leave the lid slighly open for it to work, very frustrating and leads to spillage! We have 2 cups, same issue with both!

Love this cup! It comes with us everywhere. Haven’t had it leak yet and the material is durable and soft.

Excellente tasse d’apprentissage! Mon enfant l’a adoptée tout de suite. Elle est pratique à tenir, ne fuit pas et se lave facilement. Idéale pour la transition du biberon au verre. Je recommande vivement. Point positif, elle ne s’ouvre pas lorsqu’elle tombe par terre. Très bonne qualité et belle couleur.

I’m really disappointed with this order. We usually love these cups and the brand, but when ordering this time I’ve just realised that the lid is too small for the cup and leaks constantly. It’s therefore not usuable. We ordered a two pack, but can only use one. In the photo you can see it doesn’t fit properly.

Trovo doveroso fare una rettifica a quanto scritto in precedenza. Alcuni giorni dopo aver recensito il prodotto, sono stata contattata dall’azienda. Dispiaciuti per l’accaduto mi hanno proposto un rimborso completo (arrivato in tempi brevissimi). Inoltre mi hanno garantito che apporteranno delle modifiche al bicchiere affinché l’inconveniente (perdita di acqua) non si ripeta. L’atteggiamento da parte dell’azienda mi ha piacevolmente stupita. Hanno dimostrato un’estrema serietà e soprattutto attenzione a quelle che sono le esigenze della clientela. Per questo, non ostante l’accaduto credo sia giusto dare 5 stelle. Non mancherò in futuro di riacquistare l’articolo. Ho acquisto il prodotto spinta dall’estetica carina e minimale. In effetti si tratta di un bicchiere molto carino e ben fatto. Peccato sia pressoché inutile dato che perde acqua 😬 Ragion per cui diventa impossibile portarlo dietro quando si è fuori.
