I have seen wet pants and puddle on the floor after Airblade V was used. Where is the water absorber?

Is this model the low voltage version?

The AB12, also know as the "V" (for obvious reasons) comes in two version: High Voltage and Low Voltage. This is the Low Volt version, which is ~110 - 120 volts. The high volt version is ~220 - 240 volts. Note that the performance is the same in either version so the only reason you would pick one over the other is based on the electrical requirement of the building. Most people in the US get the Low Volt version since 110 volt power is commonly available. -Restroom Direct

No. This is the 100-120 volt version. They are made in the 220 volt version but it is a diffrent part number

What is the noise level like? ie. residential use...?

You may want to consider the ExtremeAir hand dryer which has an adjustable motor to control sound. We sell it at ProDryers on Amazon. Just look for model GXT9. You may also want to look at the American Dryer Advantage. It's not as fast as the ExtremeAir or the Airblade V, but it does operate around 69 dB and still dries hands in 25 seconds. It's a mid-range dryer and would be a decent fit for residential use. Keep in mind, all of these dryers require an electrician to install.
