Best bang for your buck!
I caught this on a flash sale and it is the best $50 purchase I ever made. This comforter is the quality of a down comforter many times the cost of this one. This feather comforter is well-made, warm yet breathable, and makes a bed look beautiful. Yes it does have a slight feather smell at first-, but that’s to be expected with down filled comforters, it also goes away fast. The fabric is also noisy at first-, but once I got it in a duvet cover and started using it that went away too.

Very Cozy!!
This Feather Down Fiber Comforter feels like sleeping wrapped in a cloud. It’s the perfect balance of soft and fluffy without being too heavy, so it keeps me warm at night without overheating. The stitching is well done, which keeps the filling evenly distributed, and it gives the bed a nice full, hotel-style look. I also love that it feels breathable—I don’t wake up sweaty, just comfortably cozy. It’s versatile too; I use it on its own in warmer months and layer it with a duvet cover when it’s colder. For the price, the quality is outstanding and feels way more luxurious than I expected. If you want a comforter that looks and feels plush but still works year-round, this is an excellent choice.

Cozy All-Season comforter
I’m really happy I got this comforter. Arrived in vacuum sealed packaging and fluffed up nicely with vigorous shaking from all sides. The comforter is cozy without being too heavy. 100% cotton are soft and breathable, which makes sleeping extra comfortable. Immediately washed it with favorite lavender vanilla softener and it fluffed up even more after drying. Definitely gives luxury hotel vibes!

Perfectly puffy, but smells like puke (read for tips on airing out the smell with baking soda)
After a day, it puffed up like a cloud, the perfect amount of fluff without being too hot and heavy on a warm summer night in California. I did a ton of research on fluffy comforters, and this was one of the more promising options for the value, according to customer reviews and photos. It seems like some customers find the crinkling sound it makes too loud, but I personally love it! To me, it sounds dreamy, like warmth and comfort. The reason why it's knocked down 1 star is that it SMELLS AWFUL, like toxic chemicals. Like Febreze or some sort of fragrant cleaning detergent trying to mask the odor of vomit, but ends up making it smell 20x worse. I'm pretty sensitive to certain smells, so while we waited for it to fluff up (it's been over 24 hours now...), I felt nauseous around it. Thankfully, the smell has faded after leaving it in a room with the window open, a fan fully blasted, and the door closed off from the rest of the apartment, but it still lingers... If the awful chemical smell doesn't go away completely, we will have no choice but to return it, unfortunately. (That's how bad it is lol) I'll try to update this review if I remember. UPDATE 9/11/25 Thankfully, the smell went away!! However, it lost some of its fluffiness. (I’ll try to update in a few months) Anyway, here are a few tricks to air out the awful chemical smell (via ChatGPT). Sprinkle some baking soda on it, then put it in the dryer on low or no heat for 20 min. If the smell is still there, sprinkle more baking soda on it and leave it in an open large container or bag for a few days. Repeat these steps, if necessary. (We had to do it 2 times) You’re welcome :) and good luck! Oh and another tip! For an extra fluffy comforter, always 1 size up from the duvet cover. For example, we have a Queen sized bed and duvet cover, so we purchased a King sized comforter.

I love this duvet insert
Much better quality than expected. I love it, it is actually thick and quite warm, but not too hot for me.

strong chemical smell, good duvet otherwise
As others have stated I also got a duvet with a strong chemical smell, so much that it gives me a headache. It’s been airing out for a week and still smells. I’ve put it in the dryer with dryer sheets and sprinkled it with baking soda so far. I’ve had to remove it from my bed and am not able to use it until I can get the smell out. Disappointing. Aside from the smell the quality does seem nice, it makes the bed look nice and fluffy and isn’t overly hot to sleep underneath. I would probably not purchase this again due to getting the smell out

Luxurious-feeling and Keeps You Warm
Good comforter for the price. Holds up well when machine washed. I use the delicate cycle, wash it alone, and let air-dry. It is not too thick but it is warmer than a cotton-filled comforter since there are a good amount of feathers in it. I would not get it if you are prone to night-sweats though because it will keep the heat in!

Horrendous smell of puke and chemicals. Ordered twice. Same smell
The smell is absolutely horrendous. Originally I ordered the beige option and upon opening, realized the smell was so intense I had to put it outside. Thinking clearly there must be something wrong, I started a return and immediately ordered again but in the white option. Unfortunately the white one smells just as bad. It smells like chemicals and puke. There is no way I can get past the smell and sleep with this on top of me. I was hopeful our duvet cover would help cover the smell but all it did was now make our duvet smell just as repulsive. I am shocked there are not more reviews about the smell. Now I have 2 giant comforters to return.
