EXCELLENT for emulsifying and it's extremely powerful! I LOVE that the wand part comes off which makes it so easy to clean!

I have not used my blender yet, it will be traveling with me to my Summer home and Hot Springs Arkansas, where it will be put to test on my jellies and jams that I make each year in the summer. But I am certain that it will work fantastic.

Been using them in my restaurants for tens of years literally. Last 10 years on average. Certainly worth the premium in price.

Used as a commercial immersion blender in a full service restaurant. Our old Waring blender, one model down, died after 4 years. When I found out this has all removable parts, I jumped on it! So far, functioning great!

Cleaning could be easier, and power could be better, and the mashed potato mixing head broke twice. So While this version is cheaper than Robot Coupe and other brands, but you can tell quality and design weren't priorities in making this product. It gets the job done, using Waring blenders for 6 years now, had to replace the blender heads twice (broken)

Great product! Makes so much sense that these handles and shaft detach for easy washing (and storing) unlike the 10". Great price, great performance...handles all mixes with ease!

Had one that lasted years , this one broke within a couple of weeks . I am so disappointed with this blender.

I purchased this to replace an older version that we've used in our restaurants for 8+ years. They are durable except for the plastic gear where the "stick" part connects with the motor part. If you do not have a good connection, you can easily strip the gear rendering the whole thing useless. Providing you have a tight fit, it should last you a long time.
