Excellent fitness dvd!
There are so many reasons to give this dvd 5 stars but I will keep this as brief as possible!First of all I really like Kendra's upbeat personality which shines through with this dvd. I have tried a few celebrity fitness dvds and it doesn't take long before I am really irritated by the patronizing attitude they seem to have (although maybe I'm alone on that one!).The biggest benefit for me with this dvd though is the fact that you do not need any exercise equipment at all.All too often these celebrity workouts require and just expect you to have a vast amount of equipment. Well, sorry but not everyone has the money or the space in their house for weights, balance balls, yoga mats, aerobics steps and as for using a skipping rope in my living room... forget about it!There are sections of this workout where you could easily incorporate some equipment though if you wanted to push yourself a bit harder which is a bonus. It's also nice to know that Kendra started this regime shortly after giving birth to her son via c-section so you know that you will not be pushed to unsafe limits if you are in the same situation.All in all this is a great fitness regime and I really do feel much better for doing it. My muscle tone is improving and I have lost about half a stone without giving up the foods I enjoy. Everything in moderation combined with these exercises is a sure winner!

Great unique fun effective dvd
First off, I should say that I really wanted to give this dvd 5 stars but I couldn't get past the fact that there isn 't a toning section, or an ab section, which is quite annoying as I saw her transformation since having a baby, and could tell that she had done some work on her stomach, and thought she could have put something onto the dvd to help others achieve the same effects.I love it because it is so unique, it is difficult, and defnietly a good workout, there are the five different sections which last about 6 minutes each (me and my sister both say that if they had been 10 minutes each, it would have been much tougher and more effective) these are; boxing, football (american), soccer, track and field, and basketball, and the warm up and cooldown. The boxing section is quite easy, but after that, it gets a lot tougher and you will sweat a lot. It is great for people who are sporty by nature, or who just want a change from normal fitness dvds. There are a lot of moves from the sports incorporated into the routines.There is also the booty bonus workout, which is for me and my sister, the best bit as it is the only proper toning section, I think that you could just do this section every day and get a great bum.Kendra is a really lovely and fun person, and her personality shows through the dvd, and (thankfully) unlike in the Girls next door workout dvd, she has an instructor, a former tottenham football (soccer) player, who's instructions are very easy to follow. Kendra has great technique, which is important as you are following her.Overall it is definetly a great dvd, I just again would have prefered it to have a toning and or ab section and possibly even a bonus dance section, as I know Kendra is a good dancer and it would have been good to learn some of her moves.
