This is a real find! The curtains look fantastic — a light, pleasant shade that refreshes the room without being too bright. The fabric is light but not transparent, letting in soft light, which is perfect for daytime. The space feels cozy and modern, and in reality, the curtains look even better than in the photos. The size was perfect, and that's thanks to the seller, who reached out to me several times to confirm details and the measurements to make sure everything was spot-on. Thanks to their attention to detail, everything fit perfectly from the first try. The remote responds quickly, the motor is quiet, and raising and lowering the curtains is a pleasure. Setting it up with Alexa was quick — just a few clicks and everything works. Now I can control the curtains with my voice or phone, which is super convenient. Installation was simple, the brackets are secure, and the curtains look very neat. The seller was very attentive, double-checking the measurements, sending a diagram, and confirming everything was accurate. Their responsiveness and attention to detail really impressed me. The curtains fully met my expectations: high-quality, comfortable, and they look very expensive. The atmosphere in the room has become softer and cozier. The package came with clear instructions and all the necessary hardware. I had them up and running in under 30 minutes—no need to drill a million holes or hire help. The Nature-Oatmeal fabric has a clean, neutral tone that complements just about any décor, and the light-filtering quality lets in a soft, natural glow while still offering privacy. What really sets these shades apart is their smart functionality. Once installed, I synced them easily with Alexa, and they’re also compatible with Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit, which is a huge plus. I can open or close the shades with a simple voice command or through the app—no more fumbling with cords or getting up from the couch. There’s also a remote included for those who prefer a more traditional control option. Update: After having our blinds for a few months, I'd like to spotlight the postive features. YES, we do LOVE them. Total game changer for us. The blinds are high quality and super nice. The motor noise is very quiet. The blinds go up and down at the same time, for a seamless experience. Our friends think we're so fancy! Motorized blinds are the way to go, if you have windows behind a couch, like we do. We were always climbing over the couch to raise and lower the blinds. No more! It should also be ntoed that I was able to connect with HeyBlinds customer service within 1-2 days of contacting them. Since then, they have reached out to me multiple times now. They are genuinely interested in helping, solving our problems and ensuring the we like the product. Now that we've had these up for a few months - and we figured out the blind settings - I would recommend these to others. Original post: I hope our experience will help others avoid the frustation that we had. We ordered (4) LF blinds in SunKissed-Grayish Coffee. The blinds arrived in good shape and good quality. The color and fabric are super nice. We put the blinds up and they looked great. It seemed the windows were already on channels, so we tried to reprogram them to align with our room (1,2, 3 and 4 in a row). This caused a massive amount of frustration. There seems to be a Hey Blinds (Canada) and a Hey Blinds (China). It was difficult trying to connect with customer service at first, no direct tele # to call. Finally, I connected with the seller via Amazon and they told me that the blinds were preprogrammed on channels 1-4 already and grouped on channel 00 (for all of them to move at the same time). We had no idea. The documentation or paperwork doesn't state this anywhere. We think we may have finally figured it out, but it was not a good experience, at first. Quality/Color/Fabric would've received 5 stars, but the process was too complicated and confusing, when it didn't need to be. Be careful that you order the correct size, as these are NON-REFUNDABLE.
