I used this product for 14 days . Normally I would need a suppository but did not need to use one during the 14 days. I feel a little lighter and less bloated. Capsules are a little larger so it may be harder to swallow. I feel with consistent use, this product is effective.

I absolutely love this product. I took it for the first time in July and I just started another round. I can tell a difference in a matter of 24 hours. I feel lighter and less bloated. The taste makes me want to gag but I try to take it with something flavored instead of just water and that seems to help. It is a little pricey but to me, it is worth it for a good reset and to feel better.

Product worked for my needs. Gave it 4 stars cause everyone's body is different. So what worked for me my not work for you. I find it responsible to recommend product or say good things about it because it is a nutritional product.
