Do not buy these gummies! I started taking these and finished my first bottle and after three weeks of taking them. I broke out all hives and a really bad skin reaction all of my eyes under my eyes and on my neck I had to go to the doctor to get on a steroid pill. I stopped taking the gummy for two weeks and started taking them again and all of my skin reactions came back and I had to get on a steroid again. There are 5000 MCG of biotin when you google that that is a significantly higher amount that any adult should be consuming. They taste amazing. I thought they were working great, but it has too much biotin in them and you should not be consuming this amount please consult your doctor before you take these gummy.

The only gummy that I have found to actually improve hair growth. 40+ with hair that is dry and weak due to bleaching, these have been helpful. I wish I had taken a b4/after, but let's be honest, I didn't think they would work (because none of the others did). But they do! Added bonus that they taste great and are soft/not extra chewy. You have to take them consistently for about 4 to 6 weeks before seeing the benefit.

It definitely works. Will buy again
