Incredibly well-made. Carbon steel holds the edge razor sharp. These are heavy knives. They should be heavy knives. The quality of construction is sturdy and superior. The rollup carrying case makes it easy for travel. I got these on a black Friday sale. They are worth twice what I paid.

I love this knife and it is very sharp! I dont use this for chopping vegetables much but cutting meats and slicing meats, even splitting the chicken breast. This knife is a great add to my arsenal of knives.
