Tasty pancakes. Very easy to make
Didn't have american 'cups' measurement so used basic UK supermarket ladle 2 scoops for mixture and 1 and a bit for water. Easy to mix together. This amount makes 2 medium size pancakes for a standard UK breakfast portion. The mix makes a total of 8-10 pancakes, not 32-40. Added maple syrup, banana and blueberries. Tasted great, would recommend.

My daughter was very pleased with her small gift.
I bought this for my adult daughters birthday, she loves pancakes and she was pretty blown away by the flavour and consistency and texture of the pancakes. She split the pack in half (refrigerate after opening) and which was easier to manage for her. She said that she will buy them again, so easy to use, being able to split it and good quality food. Not cheap but she is going to buy more herself.

Better than Pearl Mills batter (clean ingredients wise). Its absolutely delicious! Nice and soft, fluffy and buttery. I do wish they made bigger bags. But its a decent price I guess.
