Perfect for a Gin and French
Of course this is all a matter taste but Noilly is unique. So much better than the Italian versions. I can think of no aperitif better than this 50/50 hard chilled with a decent gin (Tanqueray 10 is my choice) for a Gin & French. Lovely in Martinis too and scrumptious on its own with a twist. Excellent value too.

A little expensive but cheaper than Dolin
I wanted to try Stanley Tucci's Martini...which requires the vermouth to only be stirred in ice, then discarded. So paying for the Dolin, only to throw it was a bit much. I went for the NP and wasn't disappointed. It has that definite Vermouth taste....but its not over powering. I would buy this again, and recommend the effort to make Mr T's Martini (*_*)

Great for martinis
This drink is great neat or for martinis, I do use this for a classic martini! It's wonderful, I won't use any other vermouth! Has a great balance to it and floral notes!

Good product, slightly overpriced, but undeniably perfect for cocktails.
I'm not quite sure how much I can write about dry vermouth. The Noilly Prat product is good but I can't help thinking it is a little expensive. That said, it is a quality product and you can't get much better for the purpose of cocktails. Ultimately, if you want a good vermouth and a reasonably acceptable price, you should probably buy it.

Extra dry
Excellent Uber dry. Just right for the vodka martini classic. Shaken not stirred.

Thumbs up
I'm not a regular drinker of things like vermouth (or the cocktails it's associated with) however I wanted to purchase a bottle to cover the festive period and having done so I indulged a little bit... It's lovely, tastes really pleasant on its own and is great in a martini (tried it with both vodka and gin) I also used it to make a Manhattan (50/50 this and dubonnet + rye and bitters of course) and it was fabulous, highly recommended

A good quality dry vermouth. The best on the market?
This is not always available in supermarkets anymore but is a great ingredient in many cocktails. Reasonable value too.

Except no substitutes for gin & French.
Been drinking Noilly for years, it's the perfect dry gin vermouth and I occasionally use it in cooking!
