Great sensor cover and strong adhesive for Guardian 4 sensor
I have been using CGMs for almost 20 years, back when they were huge separate machines in addition to your insulin pump. But CGMs have come a long way, and the Guardian 4 sensor syncs up with the Medtronic insulin pump and makes adjustments to your insulin based on the sensor. As much as I like the products, they haven’t come up with a good solution to keep the sensors waterproof. For me, the sensors should last 7 days. But usually the adhesives that come with it come off before the end of the 7 days requiring me to literally find a band aid solution to keep it on. The IV3000 are very thin and adhesive isn’t that strong even with IV prep. So this product is a life saver and saves me a lot of frustration as this actually keeps the sensor in place and protected. Since I usually wear the sensor on my arms, I will occasionally brush up against the doorframe and it sometimes dislodges the sensor attachment, stopping the sensor from working. This has a hard shell protective sensor cover. It fits on the sensor well. Then you place the circular adhesive patch with a cut out circle to be centered on the sensor protective cover. The adhesive patch is made of a durable brown material similar to waterproof bandages and much more durable than what Medtronic provides as adhesives (which is almost as thin as a skin of an onion). I used to have to use the 2 adhesives that is included with each sensor (which are far inferior to this patch and very thing) as well as 2 rectangular IV3000 (also onion skin thin) along with IV prep. But if you get it wet or bang it against the door, it either falls off or dislodges the sensor itself. I do have my husband apply the sensor and the adhesives since it’s on my arm. If I had to do it on my own, I would choose another location on my body since putting it on my arm without help would be challenging. I hope that this company works with Medtronic so that we can order these with our insulin pump and cgm supplies, which would then get covered by insurance.

Simple and effective, targeted for Guardian 4
This simple item offers secure, low-profile protection for Guardian 4 users. These patches hold up well against water, sweat, and daily wear without peeling or needing extra tape. The reusable hardshell cover is a smart upgrade, adding stability and extending wear time. Comfortable on the skin and discreet enough under clothing. I think the price point is a bit high for the convenience it offers, but if you are active enough and the protection it gives can be helpful, then it is worth to try out. Also, as others have mentioned, it is important to have a second person help to put these on, especially in cases of elderly who might have difficult reaching certain places and/or removing older coverings.

KT style take adhesive covers for Dexcom G7
We used the patches on our son's g7. He uses the built in adhesive and the little circle that comes with the sensors as well. He never gets 10days out of sensors, if they don't error, they fall off. These are basically KT type tape that's been cut to full over/around the G7 sensor. We tried to use these to add some help when the orig adhesives start to lift. This helped some, but they are still coming off before the 10days are up.

Essential CGM Protection with Perfect Guardian 4 Fit – A Type 1 Diabetic's 21-Year Perspective
These Kovoq CGM patches represent an essential investment for any Guardian 4 user, validated by a type 1 diabetic with 21 years of experience who trusts them enough to purchase repeatedly. The updated design with Guardian 4-specific plastic protector shape demonstrates manufacturer responsiveness and ensures optimal protection and fit for this particular sensor model. The high-quality medical-grade tape provides the critical combination of strong, reliable adhesion throughout the full sensor wear period while remaining gentle enough for very sensitive skin – a balance that's genuinely difficult to achieve and absolutely essential for long-term CGM use. The hypoallergenic formulation prevents the skin irritation and allergic reactions that commonly plague diabetics who must wear adhesives continuously, preserving skin health and enabling full site rotation. The straightforward application process requires no special skills or complicated techniques, making sensor changes quick and stress-free even during busy mornings or while traveling. The durable tin packaging is brilliantly practical, protecting patches during transport while remaining compact enough for toiletry bags and providing organized storage at home. For Guardian 4 users, the value proposition is compelling – spending roughly $10-20 for 20 patches that protect $300+ worth of monthly sensor supply is obviously smart economics. More importantly, these patches provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing your life-critical CGM sensor is secured, protected, and will reliably deliver the continuous glucose data essential for safe diabetes management. Highly recommended for all Medtronic Guardian 4 CGM users, especially those with sensitive skin, active lifestyles, or anyone seeking quality protection from a trusted brand endorsed by experienced diabetics! 📊💙

Works Well for Dexcom Sensor, Too!
I decided to try out these CGM patches even though I'm not currently wearing a Guardian 4 Sensor, and I'm really happy because they work well for my Dexcom G7 Sensor. I used the over patch fabric without the plastic bit and stretched out the hole just a tiny bit, but it worked great! The adhesive stayed for a long time; it did start to come off after wearing it for 10 days, but that's what usually happens. My only comment is I wish the fabric felt softer and less like canvas. I have some other over patches that are soft to the touch, which I like better. Not a big deal, just a personal preference.

DOES NOT STAY!!
Do not waste your money!!! I hadn’t even had it on for 24 hours and when I took a shower the whole thing had come off within 60 seconds.

good stick, zoned peel off makes it easier to use
I'm using this over a Lingo, which is larger and a different shape than the product for which it is intended. The shield is not relevant to my usage but seems decent. The backing of this sticker is in three parts. The first time I applied one, I pulled off one of the end pieces first and due to the very sticky adhesive it was difficult to center it and lay it flat. The second time, though, I realized the program... peel off the middle bit first to get it centered nicely over your meter (with or without the shield), and then the edges to affix. Works like a charm, no helper needed. The adhesion is good. I have not had much reaction to it, though my skin wasn't super happy to be unstuck from something so sticky.
