Void Rivals Volume 3: The Key to Vector Theta

I love this series so much. The pacing, artwork, dialogue and artwork keep me gripped! From the lore of this story, introduction of new and classic characters and how all the they are converging is some masterful writing so far. Never before have I read a Transformers comic series where I actually care for any non-Transformers. It is so well balanced and is my current favourite read.

It's been a long time since I enjoyed reading comics like I've enjoyed reading this entire energon universe. Admittedly, I started with Transformers and then read the G.I. Joe titles and finally with reluctance Void Rivals. I didn't know I was reading them "out of order. " Each title, while interconnected, can stand on its own. Transformers and G.I. Joe were my favorite toys growing up, and so recognizing an opportunity to read a new start of those characters presented no obstacles for me. Albeit I started over 2 years late (sorry). I was reluctant to read Void Rivals (VR) because the creators were introducing all new characters, and I was afraid they'd interject some unnecessary "crap" that would somehow tarnish my love for the brands I grew up on. I am happy to report that this team has done a FANTASTIC job with both legacy brands and new characters! Void Rivals (VR) and, therefore, the entire Energon Universe are MUST reads!! My initial reservations about VR have been totally removed. I'm recommending to all my friends to read everything this new universe has presented. I can't wait for what's coming! Thanks for reconnecting me to my love of reading comics. Keep up the great work.

Great books, the story is pretty good. The only reason for the 4 star is the packaging/delivery. The corners got slightly bent. So if you want a pristine copy you may want to get it from a comic store.
