Domino Dark Brown Sugar, 32 oz

Domino is a brand that's been around for ages. You might think you hold a bag in your hand that has been around since its inception. It gets hard as a rock in no time. It still does the job just fine by dropping chunks of it into boiling water while making oatmeal for example. I can't say for sure if this is pure cane sugar with a high content of naturally occurring molasses or not, in which case it's a healthy choice for the high degree of iron in molasses or just if it's fine, granulated, low-grade sugar with no fat content whatsoever. Sugar does however get fatty and unhealthy once it enters your bloodstream though as it then turns to fat or something to that effect. So beware if you are diabetic. Otherwise it's alright if that's the only thing available and you need your brown sugar fix. I can't enjoy oatmeal as much without it myself and I make oatmeal often.

Very fresh soft rich dark color. I can't believe the affordable price.

The sugar in the bag seems to stay soft longer than the boxed domino sugar I’m happy about that but I still have a box of hard unopened domino brown sugar.

Favorite brand of sugar, can get hard tho
