This kind of listing can easily confuse or mislead customers who believe they are purchasing a genuine Microsoft-linked license. It’s disappointing that such products are being sold on Amazon, as it damages customer trust and affects Microsoft’s reputation as well. I am writing this review so that others don’t face the same issue. Before buying, please verify with the seller that the license will actually show in your Microsoft account. My suggestions: Amazon should review this listing and verify the authenticity of the keys being sold. Microsoft should monitor how their software licenses are distributed through third-party sellers. Buyers should avoid purchasing products claiming to be “email-bind” keys unless they are officially verified or confirmed through Microsoft’s genuine activation process. Overall, this experience was frustrating. I expected a genuine, permanently linked license, but what I received does not match the product description.

Initial Review: My key was showing as activated multiple times. I raised a complaint on Amazon, and they provided me with the support team’s WhatsApp number via email. After explaining my issue, they activated my office using a telephonic activation method, which is not linked to an email. When I asked the seller about the email binding feature, they explained that due to some technical server issues with Microsoft, it wasn't automatically linking with my email, but assured me that the key itself is genuine. They informed me that they would raise a ticket with Microsoft to address the email binding issue, which could take a minimum of one week. So far, my initial experience has not been great, despite the support team being quick to respond. I will update my review later if the email gets linked as promised. Update: After one month, I reached out to the seller. After some conversations on WhatsApp, they provided me with a replacement key as promised. The new key is working perfectly and is bound to my email. Overall, while the initial experience was not ideal, the support team handled the situation well.

Update: support service responded quickly on WhatsApp number.After few instructions product is activated and my MSOffice is now 2021 professional. Although you need to signoff from your microsoft account,i will try to login and see if this product add to my microsoft subscription. Best part is software is downloaded from microsoft sites hence no malware or virus or corrupted software Initial review Product is not activating, Voucher code is not working on Microsoft Online activation portal. Telephone activation is not available. Contacting seller Elektromart to resolve. If it resolves than I will update review else further course of action will initiate.
