Its not long range.
I've just discovered the motion sensor supplied Is a Z wave plus model and not Z wave Long range as stated. Sadly its passed my returns window.

I recently purchased the Zooz Outdoor/Indoor Motion Sensor ZSE70, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This sensor is a fantastic addition to my smart home setup, offering a range of features that enhance both security and convenience. The Z-Wave Long Range capability is a game-changer, providing an impressive 800 LR range that ensures reliable connectivity throughout my property. The motion detection is highly accurate. One thing to note is that the sensor requires "z-wave JS" for integration, but once set up, it works seamlessly with my existing system. Additionally, it's crucial to ensure that your RF region is set for USA long range to get setup correctly.

Works well with Homey pro (eu) but could not include secure. I had to include without secure mode, insert 00000 instead of pin.

I had to download the Zooz app to my Homey Pro hub but it works just fine.

Works great with home assistant. Have it on the other side of my house to detect if someone comes up our driveway from the other side of the driveway!
