Save your money a purchase any other brand but Kenmore. This unit failed after 4 months and after almost 2 months of dealing with Kenmore customer service it has still not been repaired or replaced. Kenmore does not care about it's customers or selling quality products.

After having my old Kenmore washer and dryer that lasted 18 good years, I decided to start searching for a new combo. Unfortunately, Kenmore has stopped their production. I started searching all other brands for over a year and was not happy with any of them. I was considering GE profile which it was the most recommended one. I'm glad I didn't make that big mistake. I'm extremely happy with this pair of work horses I got from Kenmore. Well built, it's strong and made of high quality components. Love that it let's you know exactly how many minutes the cycle will last. I already washed 4 very stained and dirty winter coats in it and they came out spotless clean!!! The tub is good size for a big loads, including quilts. Noise level is very low. Easy to use and allows you to customize your settings. I highly recommend this product. I know it will last me another good 15+ years, and that's enough for me. Worth every penny!!!

Works great. Saw a complaint about noise and shaking. Mine is perfectly level and does not shake, makes some noise but not an issue. Would have gave 5 * but I hate the dark door window. I like to see what’s going on in there.

Very happy with my new washer. Delivered, installed and old washer hauled away. Has many selections for water temperature, dirt level, and spin speed. Quiet operation. Has options for prewash treatment. Dispensers for detergent, bleach, fabric softener. Exceeds my expectations. I have never been disappointed with Kenmore appliances.

I love this washing machine. I purchased it about 2 months ago, and it has performed extremely well. I also love the fact that it has multiple settings for my diverse requirements. I am 70 years old and I installed it by myself. One thing to be aware of. Remove the back panel and remove the shipping plastic struts that hold the spinning Barrel in place. It is not difficult. Just read the instructions and follow them.
