Let’s get one thing straight, this is not real sturgeon caviar, it translates as imitated sturgeon caviar! You can translate it for yourself! But what I will say is this is the best caviar I have ever tasted, much less salty than lumpfish caviar, and a whole lot cheaper than the real sturgeon caviar!! The eggs bead up in your mouth and explode like they should!! The color is black, with a great texture, great taste, and supreme quality!!! I ordered 2 jars and I was (more) than pleased, so I ordered 2 more jars for the holidays, at this price what do you have to lose!!! So, overall I would rate this A+++++. Will do again!!!!! Caviar jars are much bigger than my pictures show!!!

This is not real caviar - of course it's not real caviar, at that price. These are not even fish eggs. The size is bigger because they are lipid vesicles, not one of the most prized Osetra or Kaluga or Beluga caviars with the largest eggs, and which cost over 10 times as much. What's worse 2 of my 3 bottles also opened in transit, as others have reported. Photo included. I must say, I think the taste of this faux caviar is quite delicious, but you should be able to know what you are buying.

Ok, this caviar is imitation. You can use Google translate and take a pic and find that out. That being said, i think it's also real. Let me explain.... Google didn't exactly tell me what it is made of, but i have a decent culinary understanding. The taste of real caviar is heavily altered by metal. This caviar behaves that way, use pearl or plastic. So i think it is gastronomically (chemically) spherified juices from real busted sturgeon caviar. Either way, it's really good y'all. I'll be purchasing again. Also check out truffle pearls, those are also an immigration caviar that is outstanding.

It's absolutely delicious--but good luck actually getting it delivered. Don't count on it. It's wonderful, but only if it arrives.

Good to very good. A very subtly to mild aroma. Medium size egg that may be rubbery texture. Good product for thinly sliced sourdough, whipped cream cheese, and caviar. Good to pair with smoked salmon.

This is absolutely fabulous stuff, people who say they "don't like caviar" gobble this up, I serve it on a rosemary olive oil Triscuit on top of a blob of sour cream, unbelievably delicious. Not too salty, just right

This is not premium caviar. Heavy fish smell and not a good texture. I can not recommend.
