The screen was so easy to set up and install. The only bad thing I could say is that I wish I had a bigger wall to accommodate a bigger screen lol

The Elite Screens packaging was excellent, and I lead with this because having the screen arrive blemish free was very reassuring, even with a pretty big gash in the box everything inside was in perfect shape. Assembly was easy and I suggest having two people in the assembly as the tension-ing was much easier with two people. Hanging the screen was very simple with a laser level. The screen is throwing a sharp picture and viewing angle along with color contrast are sharper than my amature eye can discern. The picture also looks great in both lighted and dark conditions and that is exactly what I was looking for as the screen is hung in my living room which has a lot of light during the day. But sports and bright television look awesome and at night movies are spectacular.

Solid product. Picture looks much better on this than on my old screen. I would say you get what you pay for, but I was lucky to grab this for $167 when it was marked that low for some reason. Personally I find the prices of screens to be a little insane. Am I happy with it at the price I paid compared to my old $20 "hanging on those glue to the wall clips" screen. Most definitely. Would I recommend this at $500+, probably not, hence the lack of a fifth star. There are other screens out there for less that I'd recommend. If I wouldn't have gotten that deal, there's no way I'd own this right now. If you absolutely need something acoustically transparent, you could go this route, and it'll work amazingly. If you have the time and skill though, you could also just build a frame and use spandex, works wonders.

We bought the 100 inch AT screen and it works great. It was relatively simple to put together. Very heavy duty and the sound passes through the material as advertised.

This is an excellent acoustically transparent screen. I have the 16:9 120" acoustically transparent 1080P3 version, and it has been installed for about 10 months. The picture is phenomenal (Sony HW40ES projector) in both straight on and off-axis viewing. I cannot perceive any drop is sound performance from my three in wall Polk 265rt speakers behind the screen, and having sound coming from the action on the screen is such an improvement compared to speakers to the sides/below a screen. My initial concerns with a "budget" acoustically transparent screen was being able to see the weave and losing light output. Eyeballs in my first row seating are about 9 feet from the screen (pretty close), and I cannot perceive anything other than a completely flat and smooth surface. I can only start to see the weave from maybe 5 feet away, and no one is sitting that close. Although a non-acoustically transparent screen might be a little more reflective on light, I can watch sports in the middle of the day without the shades pulled, so it is plenty bright enough (dark scenes in movies will be washed out in bright rooms - this is not a gray screen intended for bright rooms). With a dark room, I need to reduce light output from the projector. Installation was very quick and easy (about an hour or so taking my time), but you will probably need 2 people to hang it on the wall just because it's big (not heavy). This screen is probably the best value of anything I purchased for my theater space. I'm not sure there would be any perceptible improvement from a name brand screen costing over $3k - I haven't compared them side to side (don't know where you can even do that), but I think this screen looks just as good as other Stewart and SI acoustically transparent screens I have seen. Go spend your savings from this screen on other items for your theater. TL,DR: Buy this screen. You will be very happy.
