Great convenience for purchasing without having to navigate the box store crowds and traffic. I feel much better knowing I have spare 9 volts from a trusted brand available in the house whenever I need to change out the batteries in my fire alarms and other electronics. Energizer Max is my go to brand. I really appreciate the shelf life and reliability of these batteries.

Standard and as expected.

You may get a 100% battery life if you buy in a local store where you can view the battery date. The energizer Max 9 V batteries I received were stamped 2023 on the bottom with a date on the top of the battery being December, 2029. They have a five year shelflife as per the package. Therefore, the batteries I received would give me just a few months short of the five-year life. I guess the 2023 manufacture date gives them time to package market and warehouse before they even even get to a shelf. I’m just making a comment with no actual criticism. I’m OK with what I received. I’m merely saying that a local purchase gives you more of a chance to assure battery lifespan.

The Package was delivered in great condition and on time. The price was reasonable.

Tried other brands, keep returning to this one. Long lasting and no leakage.

Replaced all my some detector batteries all at once. Batteries all work fine.

So for the price, it's hard to beat the brand quality. Generally but not always, these 9v batteries will last me in my lights at least 4 weeks of daily, constant use so for me, it's great value and longevity. i've tried the low-cost brand x but in the same device, under the same use, 1-1/2 or 2 weeks most so there it is. Hope they keep the pricing structure the same...

$10.98 for a four pack of Energizer 9V batteries was the best price I found in store or online. ($2.75/battery) I was worried about the Freshness of the batteries however the ones I received (Aug 2019) have a best before date of 2024 so they're good for five years. Voltage of each battery was 9.74V and all four batteries in the package were good. Good voltage and no leaks. If the price stays the same or lower ... I would buy these batteries again.

There are more advertised batteries. All you need to know is where an alkaline battery is made and the longevity guarrantee. These are US made. Europe, Japan or US factories produce the best batteries. Look for the 10 yr guarrantee. I won't buy an off brand battery. They leak. Big brands invest in advanced chemistry which equals long life and more power. I haven't found real differences in the major brands-just wild price differences!
