Tool sharpening very good the knifes, super recommended for amateur cooks. To have in mind, do not use near food, always sharpen before preparing food, it generates a lot of residue. Maybe is my knife's, but recommend to sharpen with this tool every 3 or 4 uses

Works well and is easy to use. I found the 15 degree angle much more effective in getting a sharp edge and it is important to keep the strokes the same on each side of the knife. The only drawback may be the longevity of the diamond chips on each sharpening side of the wheel.
