Flexible machine. Les place consumed. Good to use specially for ladies.
Very good to use and very easy to assemble. Details in catalogue are clearly instructed to assemble the parts. Good exercise machine loved it very much. Within 15 minutes body gets warmed up after doing exercise on it.

This was easy and very quick to assemble. It has less resistance than I was expecting, but that's not a problem for me. I can still feel it working in my legs and my sides and stomach region. By adjusting your posture, you can either add more weight/pressure on your legs or less weight. The straighter you stand the more weight you add to your legs. It does a great job working my hip flexors, which is the main reason I bought it. The machine is very sturdy and stable. I am about 180 pounds. It saves a lot of space since it flattens out pretty well. You can even adjust the step pedals to lie flat. It's a very quick and easy adjustment. I have already recommended it to my family and friends. This is a great product! I'm glad I bought it.

Love this! I’ve had it just for over a week now and use each day. Great for cardio really gives you a good burn! After first use I was covered in sweat. The noise is not issue. Love that it can be stored away and does not take up to much space. The instructions were easy to follow and it was assembled with 20 minutes.

Product was neatly packed and took about 8 minutes for me to put together alone. The instructions are a little confusing at first but overall easy to follow. I'm finding the collapsible option beneficial as I'm storing it under my couch. Takes about 1 minute to unfold it or fold it up, and is not very heavy or awkward to move around. As other reviews mention, there is no resistance in the pedals so the cardio workout comes mainly from gravity and increasing speed. Haven't tried yet, but could get a better workout with some hand held weights. I felt sturdy and balanced when using it. For the price, I think this is a great option for small spaces and getting some extra leg exercise / light cardio in while watching TV. Recommend
