Wow! I didn’t know olive oil could taste so good. It has a peppery taste and sensation going down your throat. I tasted it as a test to know whether or not the purity was there, and I’m not disappointed. Very fine product I will keep using as long as they make it. I especially love the fact it isn’t blended, but a single farm/source. Excellent!!

I don't particularly like olive oil. Too greasy and that overshadows any flavor for me. That said, I use it on salad and in a bread recipe that I consistently use. First, it is rated very well by people more knowledgeable about olive oil then I. The main thing is that, with the same recipe and same ingredients in the same bread making machine, this time the bread came out perfectly and tasted very good. It is usually pretty good, but this time when I used this oil, it was noticeably better. In the past I used light taste olive oil or avocado oil. From now on it will be only this olive oil.
