Amazing product
My fist time leaving a review on a product and I’m gonna be honest this is my first vr head set and it is perfect came in the factory box with everything it needed works amazing just got it today can’t ask for more fun.

Great Purchase. Good value a lot of extras for the value.
Was easy to setup. I bought a new one because the headpiece part where u place the strap broke off on the original and the strap for the original quest 2 I already own wasn’t great support for my head while wearing the device. I was very disappointed that the little rod broke off and I wasn’t handling the headpiece with anything but with a very light and had a charging stand also. I was also pleased that I got an upgrade to 256 gb for the 128 gb one I already owned. They also gave me a carrying case. Which was cool n addition to he carrying case I bought for my original quest 2. All this makes this purchase a greaa as t value.

I couldn't be more happy. Showed up a day early. Everything is in new condition. Works great. This for my daughter's birthday and she will love it.

Complete Garbage
Received the item and couldn’t get it to work. Big mistake on this purchase!!! Called for help and troubleshooting and still didn’t work.
