Palo Santo Aluminum Free Deodorant for Men, 48-hour Long Lasting Odor Protection, 2.65oz

These are extraordinary deodorants! Cremo is trying to do something different than most products in this space, and the result is a category-killer for men's deodorants. I was a fan of Cremo's earlier generation of deodorants (such as the bourbon oak, or the blue cedar) and I was deeply disappointed when they canceled them because they had long lasting, powerful, and unique scent profiles. This new generation of deodorants is even better! They have multi-layered scent profiles more akin to premium colognes than what you'd expect in a deodorant. There are distinct top notes and base notes in each. Rather than fading, each scent will evolve and change over the day you wear it, never unpleasant, sometimes even better later in the day than when you initially put it on in the morning (I find this especially true for Italian Bergamot, which "blooms" several hours after you put it on). The longevity of the fragrance is certainly enough for a single day, and it carries over to the next morning. Although these are not antiperspirants, which in my book is a good thing, there is something in the formulation that significantly prevents odor. Unlike most deodorants that simply try to mask over odor, there seems to be something active in this formulation that prevents odor generation in the first place. The formulation is quite firm; the stick doesn't glide easily. But it applies with no visible residue, and I have had zero issues with skin irritation. I strongly disagree with other reviews that suggest that this product does not deliver value for the money. In fact I am surprised this generation of Cremo deodorants don't cost more. I agree it's unfortunate that they chose a large container for a smaller amount of product; a more compact stick would lead to less waste. But what you are paying for here is not the volume of product but rather the quality of the product, and the fragrance in these products is unsurpassed by any other deodorants on the market today. You're basically paying for a top-shelf cologne combined expertly with an all-day odor blocking deodorant that can be applied in a single swipe.

Paired with the cologne it's perfect. Has a great spring scent. Is literally perfectly creamy but not like the 💩 that turns to goo. This is def my go to. I will be checking out other scents of cremo. Got the body wash. It's amazing as well... Highly recommend.

I am impressed with this deodorant. The scent is not so strong that it would give a headache, but it lasts such a long time and smells very fresh and clean. It smells high-end with a drug store price tag! It has held up really well throughout the day, and I am still able to smell it by the time I get home from work. I have a very physical job, and although it does not stop sweating (it is not antiperspirant), it keeps the smell away! It definitely lasts 24 hours, but not 48 hours as it claims. It does not feel sticky, and it applies smoothly. It dries quickly and does not leave my armpits wet. It feels comfortable to wear. I have not had any reactions or irritation to my armpit area, which I have had with other deodorants before. I am also very happy it is aluminum-free.

To put it simply: I am a sweaty man. I don’t use antiperspirant and have been searching for my entire adult life for a simple deodorant that actually works. I’ve tried countless brands. Cremo not only works amazingly well but I actually use less of it per day than other brands. I love the smell too. My wife even compliments it which, again, not something that happens with other brands. I like it so much I got it as a stocking stuffer for my brother so he could enjoy it too. This is the best deodorant on the market and I will not be purchasing anything else. Thank you Cremo!

I bought this for my husband. He loves it. I really love it. It smells so amazing. And he just said it keeps him completely dry all day. This paired with the body wash, he smells great all day. He loves coming home telling me how his scent travels. As advertised it is truly 48 hour protection.

This palo santo deodorant is better than expected. It seems to be very long lasting and good at masking or preventing any BO. It doesn’t quite smell like the palo santo body wash. It’s more earthy? Musky? It’s much stronger than the Old Spice deodorant I usually use. I think will try the bergamot next time. Oh one bad thing it’s more grippy… it kinda yanks on my hair, but it’s not so bad to take away stars.

Smells good and works. Very very small amount for the price and also it bleeds into clothing.

I'm sure you've all seen the commercials for this product but it may not be as noticable as they make it out to be. It is a wonderful sent, as I am all about my fragrances, but the reason for the 4 stars is I have sensitive skin and I found that my underarm got red and irritated from the product. I am not sure if the last time I ordered it was the aluminum free because that was the one that gave me issues. For a nice smelling deodorant that doesn't smell like your grandpa's speed stick then it's worth giving this deodorant a try. It does work well and will last you all day. I can't comment on value as that's a personal opinion, and as far as stain resistance, I haven't had any issues I could think of with getting the stains out of my dark colored clothes, but I'll keep you posted.
